So today I thought I’ll talk about a embarrassing topic for many and that is loose skin. Lose skin occurs when you loose a lot of weight, whether its after having a baby or just needing to lose the pounds. After the LONG struggle of losing weight, many people dream about having those Instagram model bodies and to be finally happy with their body. Sometimes you get a rude awaking and realise after all that hard work you have a turkey neck waddling from your stomach and arms. Many people actually rather stay overweight than have all this loose skin hanging from their body afterall if your overweight you can lose weight but if you have loose skin it feels like you can’t even dream about having a better body because your already at your endpoint and no place to go up.
Although the only way to 100% get rid of loose skin is surgery (which leaves you will leave you with scars), this will definitely help improve your skin’s elasticity and reduce the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks.
INGREDIENTS (measurements may vary):
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 2 teaspoon of aloe vera oil
- 1 and half cup of sugar
- Half a cup of coffee grinds
- Squeeze half a lemon slice inside
Caffeine is full of antioxidants to fight premature ageing, exfoliates, tightens and brightens your skin. So it’s was one of my favourite ingredients to use in skincare DIY’s.
In the shower rub in circular motions and then rinse off.
Be consistent and usually you will see some results after a month.
